We provide fresh produce to area food banks. Much of our one-on-one mentoring takes place during volunteer time especially in planting and harvesting for the food bank.
We welcome groups (from corporations, to small businesses, to other non-profits, and more.) Volunteering can be a powerful and meaningful team building exercise.
We provide space and education for community members to successfully grow their own food.
P-Patch bed rentals are available to residents of Mukilteo and the surrounding communities. Fifty-three garden beds are available to rent from March through February.
We have seminars and special events during the gardening season.
We also have a number of WSU Master Gardeners and other horticultural mentors to provide gardening education to bed owners and the community in general.
Recipients of food bank produce are primarily the Lynnwood Food Bank and Mukilteo Food Bank.
Nature Together Preschool ends each class at the garden with a discussion/ journaling of what they discovered in their experiences of the natural world.
