About Us

The Mukilteo Community Garden is a charitable and educational non-profit run solely by volunteers.

Our mission is growing a healthy community through gardening. We provide fresh produce to area food banks and provide space and education for community members to successfully grow their own food.

Recipients of food bank produce have been the Lynnwood Food Bank, Mukilteo Food Bank, Mill Creek Food Bank, and Senior Services of Snohomish County.

During the season we will have possible seminars and special events. We have a number of WSU Master Gardeners and other horticultural mentors to provide gardening education to bed owners and the community in general.

Check the website calendar and our facebook page for volunteer opportunities and events. All are welcome. Much of our one-on-one mentoring education takes place during volunteer time especially in harvesting for the food bank.

Garden History

The Mukilteo Community Garden was founded in 2009 by a hard working group of people with a desire to supply the community with local produce.
